K weekends are ALWAYS the hardest for me, as you can see I've eaten a few more snacks than normal. It is so hard for me, it's like I have to have something in my mouth, not so sure if it's because I spend a lot of time on the couch, or the computer chair just vegging, trying to think of ways to be more active on weekends so I can stay more occupied as this sucks! It's been such a challenge today. So I'm looking for 'healthy' 100 calorie snacks, either the ones you can buy or the ones you make yourselves. What are some of your favorite snacks to have?

I'm pretty sure this snack will make health-conscious people cringe but I LOVE my 100-calorie chocolate covered pretzels! I buy 'em all the time even when I'm not watching my calorie intake ;) so if you're craving something chocolaty and mildly salty, you should give it a try lol

Keep up the fabulous work!

I love Deviled eggs but really do not know how many calories are in 1/2 or even 2 1/2's. ( I just refuse to count them! lOL) But they are filling, and last a whole lot longer for me then most high carby snacks.

OK...not sure about "100 calorie" snacks but here are a few of my favorites...and a tip, divide them up into snack baggies and keep them in a basket... Pre-measure them to single serving sizes.... I do NOT go by the serving size on package. I pre-package them to 100 calories or less...

Another thing, I tend to stay away from the 100 calorie cookies, chips, etc. as it just leaves me craving more...

Here are my favorite snacks which I always have on hand...

Wheat Thins (less than 100 cal. so I can include cheese with it)

Dried Fruits (apricots are usually my fruit of choice but you can get dried bananas, apples, raisins, prunes, pineapple, etc)

Cheese Sticks (low fat)

Cottage Cheese, 1% fat max

Fresh Veggies with fat free ranch, peanut butter, or your favorite low cal dip

Fruit Cups (sugar free or lite, juice drained)

Sugar Free or Fat Free Puddings and Jello Cups

Slim Jim (I buy the cardboard tube with short sticks...each stick is only 45 calories so I can have cheese with it also)

Nuts (mixed, almonds, cashews, etc)

Granola Bars... (preferable the one's NOT sugar coated)

Popcorn

Fat free Yogurts
