It's Routine!

I am participating in several challenges right now, but one in particular is making me move and making exercise more routine for me. It's the Spring SEXC (Spring Exercise Challenge) over at choosing 2 Lose. It has been geared towards getting you exercising, and boy what a difference it has made! It is such a routine now, I don't have the inner self battles I used to, it's more, it's 8:30 time to go for a walk, not but my favorite TV show is on. I'm loving it! One of my challenges the Sizzling For Summer Challenge is ending soon :( I'll be sad it's been great, and the support of the other challengers has been awesome! I've been toying with the idea of hosting a "Fabulous N Fit By Fall" Challenge, more because I want to be SEXY by my birthday (Sept 25th) which is just a couple days after Fall Equinox, which is about 17 weeks away! Healthily I can lose 30# by then, which would put me close to my goal! I'm gonna go for it. Would anyone be interested? Just let me know, I will be posting details about it within the week.

Congrats on making excercise routine! That is totally awesome... I'd love to join you in a fall challenge also. I agree, the support we have had at SHBS Challenge has been great...

I am desperately trying to find another challenge for the summer and I would love to join one! My birthday is in September too (Sept 19) and I would love to actually feel proud of myself on my 23rd birthday :) keep us updated on your decision to host one, if you are then go ahead and sign me up!!

P.S. My mother-in-law's birthday is on September 25th, she went on labor on her bday and gave birth to my husband on September 26th (winks) lots of September birthdays coming up!!

I know since I started my 1pm appointment with myself, it's devistating when I'm blogging instead of aerobics. Why can't I pull myself from the dang computer?!?! Ahem, anyway...

I'm with Martha. I was just thinking last night (more like freaking out) about what to do about the challenge ending. Fabulous N Fit by Fall sounds great (although, as you know, it's winter here now, but that's okay). I would probably change to logging on after everyone instead of before everyone like I do now. But just to have a support system, I'm so in!

Great job! Yeah, I'd be in for a challenge to last through the summer, too. I seem to do better when I'm accountable to someone.

Well Heather, it looks like we are all anxious to join you in your Fall Challenge! *wink wink*

My birthday is Sept 1st, and it would be nice to be at goal by then. I think with this challenge to get through the summer, would be fantastic and a great push (along with all the swimming I am planning on doing).

I too was supposed to be in the SEXC challenge ~ but to be honest I find it dauntful going to yet another place to document what I have done/been doing. I just don't frequent any of the boards lately. These blog challenges have done more for me getting on track then anything else I hae done.
