I have a few blogs that I frequent each day, and seeing as how today was weighin day for a challenge I'm doing I found this post amusing on "Gotta Lose 200#"

I SO needed this today, it was a mega stressful day and I haven't been losing a ton of weight this week, although I guess I should be thankful I didn't gain :). It just gets discouraging sometimes. I'm sure once things settle down from the move I will feel more relaxed and be able to stick to the diet better, and get home at a decent hour so I can exercise.
