Today was upper body and at the end I felt like I had rubberized arms!

I will have to check my list of songs for some suggestions for ya cuz we seem to have similar taste in music. Also Roni from ronisweight.com had a thread about music not that long ago with TONS of comments where people left their lists. If I can find it I'll post the link.Melisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05267481531393911986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5926668439009933001.post-21077848238973440752009-04-02T21:31:00.000-07:002009-04-02T21:31:00.000-07:00Sounds like you have an awesome plan. And I use it in my weight-lifting 3x a week, too. I haven't done a full workout on it for quite a while because of the soreness in my wrist and then having surgery on it in Feb. Hopefully I'll get some strength back so I can do those workouts, too. I always enjoyed doing pikes! ;-)
Path to HealthJourno June aka MamaBearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04147813827912805263noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5926668439009933001.post-47389849002280375222009-04-02T17:55:00.000-07:002009-04-02T17:55:00.000-07:00THe workout looks very cool. :o) As for songs - I...THe workout looks very cool. :o) As for songs - I also really like "Survivor" by Christina Aguilera, "Stronger" by Kanye West, "My Life would suck without you" by Kelly Clarkson...there's more too but that's all I can think of right now. Just remember to alternate between, upper, lower and core strength training. Work one section at a time, then go to anoter section the next day. Muscles need at least a day to recouperate...though, they say the Abs can take it daily... I think I need to sit down and work out a plan too. Good Luck and have fun!

LisaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12254256611408911979noreply@blogger.com
